Frequently asked questions
Does the count include both end dates?
The difference counts the days between the two dates — from one date to the other — so consecutive days differ by 1. Some contexts (like event durations) count inclusively; add 1 if you need both endpoints counted.
How are months counted when lengths differ?
Full calendar months are counted first, then leftover days — the same convention used for ages and rental periods. Leap years are handled by the calendar automatically.
Can I find a deadline N days from now?
Yes — the second calculator adds or subtracts any number of days from a date and shows the resulting date and weekday.
